We have a fun playful atmosphere and for this reason we only take on dogs that are already socialized and enjoy the company of other dogs. We do not take on dogs that show signs of aggression towards people or other dogs.

Your dog will be walked off lead with other dogs, we do require dogs to have some basic recall skills. We ensure all our dogs get on and have a safe, fun walk. Dogs that cause any aggravation to others will not be allowed to continue with walks.
Our private land is secure and safe.
Dogs are required to wear a harness with a lead, this is to ensure their safe transit.
Weather
On Hot days walks are early to avoid midday sun.

When we have heavy Snow walks will only continue if it is safe to do so

We provide a house visit/let out service if possible in these circumstances.

Neutering/Puppies
Both Male and Female dogs above the age of 18 months at For the Love of Dogs are neutered. This is for the safety and well being of all dogs in our care. We advise dogs to be neutered by 12 months or larger breeds 18 months as most vets recommend. If we feel a dog is becoming a problem before this age we may need to stop their walks to ensure safety and fun is had by all.

We except and love to take on puppies as its great for their socialization and play...and we love puppies!
